Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through GAIA HALO / GAIA Forever, operated by GAIA, LLC.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase, subject to hygiene limits for personal-care devices.

How to Start a Return

Email gaiaforever.store@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Do not ship anything back before contacting us.

Hygiene — GAIA HALO and personal-care devices

GAIA HALO is a personal-care device. Opened devices may be subject to hygiene restrictions under applicable law. Contact us before returning any opened item.

• Damaged, defective, or wrong items: we will arrange a resolution (repair, replacement, or refund as applicable)
• Change of mind: unused items in original packaging may be eligible when authorized
• Unauthorized returns may be refused

Who Pays Return Shipping

• Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we cover return shipping when authorized.
• Change of mind: return shipping is the customer responsibility; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase if not yet shipped.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
